In order to perform at an elite level without burnout and on a consistent basis, you need to learn how to silence your inner critic so your future self can live a life without regret.

This workshop takes a deep dive into our inner critic by engaging and encouraging participants to search and discover the root of their fears, insecurities, and self doubts.

Each workshop is designed and personalized around the teams specific needs and wants based on resilience, our negative self talk & overcoming fears.

We will discuss specific tools athletes & leaders can implement RIGHT NOW to help increase performance and shift their mindset.

Coaches typically begin their career with a love for the game, a burning desire to prepare athletes for life ahead and a purpose of leaving a positive legacy. So what happens to that desire and purpose when practices and games begin, adversity hits and tensions rise?

When I became honest with myself and began watching my behaviors and actions from an eagle's eye view, my “why” for coaching flew right out the door faster than Steph Curry releasing a three point jump shot. We can be better and we MUST!

Athletes need personalized help to crush their inner critic, develop tools for resilience and discover a new approach on how to handle failure.

“Failure = Growth” but most times, athletes don’t see it this way.

These sessions will entail work…BRAVE & COURAGEOUS WORK as the athlete and I, together, reflect and discuss their mindset and limiting beliefs. Once we discover the ways in which the athlete is holding themselves back from their fullest potential, we will discuss ways we can lean into our fears, build confidence and shatter the glass ceiling.
